FAQ
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
- We have many fabrics in stock, so colors from our color card can be purchased with no MOQ—orders start from just 1 meter. For custom colors, please consult us in advance: viscose and cotton series require about 2,500 meters, linen-viscose blends about 9,000 meters, and washed cotton series about 1,300 meters.
Q: What is the production lead time?
- For custom colors, lead time is about 3–5 days for orders under 5,000 meters in the off-peak season, and about 7 days in peak season. Stock colors from our color card ship immediately with no lead time. If quality inspection is needed, please allow an additional 3–5 days.
Q: How are fabrics packed and rolled?
- Unless otherwise requested, fabrics are packed in clear plastic bags with rolls of 100–180 meters each (lengths may vary). We can also roll to custom lengths such as 50 meters or 100 meters per roll, or by the yard. Please let us know if you need woven bag packaging or custom labels.
Q: What shipping options and transit times are available?
- We will discuss your preferred shipping method before dispatch, including land, sea, air, LCL or FCL. Typically, sea shipping takes 15–20 days to Southeast Asia and 20–25 days to European countries.
Q: How can I get samples and color cards?
- We offer free color cards, half-meter swatches (hanger samples), and A4 fabric samples. Please add us on WeChat or WhatsApp so we can record your details and send us the courier information.
