2. Sample support provides free or low-cost samples for customers to test. Adjust samples (e.g. color, thickness, finishing process) according to customer requirements. Quick response to sample delivery (international customers need to consider logistics timeliness).
3. Customized transparent quotation for price and scheme (including MOQ, MOQ, bulk discount). Offer alternatives that balance cost with performance (e.g. blending alternatives to pure natural fabrics).
Ⅱ. In-sale service
1. Order management Clarify the order details (specifications, color, delivery date) and confirm the contract terms (such as inspection standards). Follow up production progress in real time and provide production reports or photos. Coordinate logistics (sea/air freight), customs clearance documents (CO, inspection report for export).
2. Technical support provides fabric use guidelines (cutting, washing, printing and dyeing process suggestions). Help solve technical problems in processing (e.g. shrinkage control, printing alignment). Custom development (adapting ingredients, organizational structure or functional handling to customer needs).

1. Quality assurance return and exchange policy (clarify the handling process of quality problems). Provide testing reports (such as four-point scale reports).
